Nothing, no complaints at all.

We had a slight issue during check-in, but the hotel staff resolved it quickly and efficiently. The room was small but functional, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The location was very convenient, right next to the metro station and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we had a pleasant stay at the Akasaka Crystal Hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the metro station, making it easy and convenient to get around the city. It's also close to the airport, which was a huge plus for me. The room had a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. There were plenty of restaurant options within walking distance, so finding a place to eat was never a problem.

The room size was a bit cramped, which made moving around a bit challenging.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic, just steps away from the subway station and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. It made exploring the city so easy. Secondly, the staff were kind and helpful, making me feel welcome and ensuring I had everything I needed. And lastly, the basic amenities provided were impressive - from the numerous toiletries to the comfortable beds and clean rooms. this hotel exceeded my expectations for the price I paid.
