We had a slight issue during check-in, but the hotel staff resolved it quickly and efficiently. The room was small but functional, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The location was very convenient, right next to the metro station and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we had a pleasant stay at the Akasaka Crystal Hotel. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the metro station, making it easy and convenient to get around the city. It's also close to the airport, which was a huge plus for me. The room had a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. There were plenty of restaurant options within walking distance, so finding a place to eat was never a problem.
The room size was a bit cramped, which made moving around a bit challenging.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic, just steps away from the subway station and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. It made exploring the city so easy. Secondly, the staff were kind and helpful, making me feel welcome and ensuring I had everything I needed. And lastly, the basic amenities provided were impressive - from the numerous toiletries to the comfortable beds and clean rooms. this hotel exceeded my expectations for the price I paid.
Everything was okay, nothing to complain about.

The location was superb, being very close to the subway station and three different metro stations. This made it incredibly convenient to explore the city and reach all the major sights easily. The hotel was surrounded by lots of bars, restaurants, and shops, adding to the vibrant atmosphere of the area. The staff was kind and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed during our stay. The room was small but just enough for two people with large luggage. It was clean and had comfortable beds, along with a TV for entertainment. We also appreciated the generous supply of toiletries, slippers, and other amenities offered in the reception area. we found this hotel to be a great value, given its excellent location and comfortable facilities.
